How can I make a return?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, as long as the items are in the same condition as they were delivered.

We do not make product changes.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Products must be returned with all their original labels and packaging.

Return Instructions

To speed up the process:

• Fill out the return form included in your package.
  • If you don’t have it, include a note with your order number and the products you’re returning.
• Keep all the original packaging.
• Do not remove hang tags or sewn-in tags.
  • Items without sewn tags cannot be refunded.
• Use the original bag/box and seal it tightly.
• Keep the receipt and tracking number for your shipment.
• Items such as stickers, pins, or keychains must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it, so check the information carefully before paying.

Your card is only charged when the order is shipped.

If it has already been submitted, you can:

• Refuse delivery (will be returned automatically)
• Or return it once received

Can I modify my order?

No.
You can’t edit orders after they’ve been confirmed.

Can I exchange one item for another?

We do not make changes.
But you can return any item for a refund.
